What is CPT?
 
The cone penetration test (CPT) is one of the most common methods for site
investigation work in Hong Kong. The results of CPT tests can provide a quantitative index
of the compactness of reclaimed sand fill.
 
 
 
Geomil- Panther-Series Onshore Track Mounted CPT System
 
 
It is designed for conducting CPT’s in any terrain as the track system guarantees traction under the harshest of conditions paired with the lowest possible ground pressure. This, combined with its deadweight, results in unmatched efficiency.
 
The Panther comes in 3 different weight classes that are further customizable by adding ballast:
  • Panther-100 (100 to 130 kN push capacity)
  • Panther-130 (130 to 160 kN push capacity)
  • Panther-170 (170 to 200 kN push capacity)
 
 
Main characteristics of the Panther:
• wide range of thrust capacities
• power pack as separate modular unit
• hydraulic installation, either manually (Classic) or electronically (Premium) controlled
• Prepared for mechanical or hydraulic push/pull clamp
• integrated hydraulic catching clamp

Geomil- Fox-Series Stand Alone CPT System
The Geomil stand-alone Cone Penetration System (CPT) is a versatile unit designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. 
 
The detachable mounting design allows for flexibility for the CPT system to be placed on any base. This product is highly maneuverable and powered hydraulically by a separate power pack, driven by petrol, diesel or electrical engine. 
 
 
Fox-150
Modular stand-alone CPT system

The Geomil Fox-150 modular stand-alone Cone Penetration System (CPT) is a versatile unit designed to be used in a wide variety of applications. The detachable mounting design allows for flexibility for the Fox-150 to be placed on any base. This product is highly maneuverable and powered hydraulically by a separate power pack, driven by petrol, diesel or electrical engine. 
 
 
Fox-200
Stand-alone CPT system

The Geomil Fox-200 is a stand-alone system also extremely versatile like the 100/150 versions. The Fox-200 is designed to be used in a wide range of applications. Its versality for mounting, like other Geomil models, allows the system to be placed on any base. This can vary from a steel skid to a truck platform, or an excavator to a jack-up platform or barge.
